Capio Biosciences is pleased to announce receipt of an official Notice of Allowance for U.S. Patent Application Serial No.: 15/123,156 - "Biomimetic Microfluid Device for Capturing Circulating Tumor Cells” from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). This patent, exclusively licensed to Capio Biosciences by the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois further strengthens the intellectual property portfolio of Capio Biosciences, and is another step toward clinical translation of CapioCyte™ technology.
